1.  The competition is open to residents of the Northern Rivers Region.*

2. All entries must be submitted by 5pm, Friday 10 May 2013.

3. Artwork can be of any medium eg 2D, 3D, audio or short movie etc. 

​​4.  All work ​must be submitted electronically via the online application.  We can accept jpg, jpeg and MP3 file types.  Upload your movie to Youtube or Vimeo and provide us the link in the application form.
 

5. Picture files must be no larger than 10MB and movies 20MB.

6. Entrants must ensure all copyright permissions have been obtained.

7. The judges will base their decision on expression and interpretation of the theme, originality and artistic merit.

8. The first prize will be $250, second prize $150 and third prize $100.

9. The judges' decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winners will be notified on Friday 31 May 2013.

11. The winning entries will be published in the forthcoming Northern Rivers Regional Social Plan in August 2013.

12. Entries will inform the development of the Northern Rivers Regional Social Plan.

13. Entries will be exhibited in an online exhibition.  By entering this competition you agree to have your art work, name and if included, artist's statement displayed, without fee, as part of the exhibition.

14. We reserve the right not to exhibit any entries deemed offensive or inappropriate.



* Northern Rivers consists of the 7 local government areas of Tweed, Byron, Ballina, Lismore, Richmond Valley, Kyogle and Clarence Valley Local Government Areas.
